Best Indian Buffet Lunch Ever! We've been to hundreds of Indian Buffet Lunches across the world and this is the best ever. There was a very good selection of dishes and everything was wonderfully spiced. There were a number of Indians eating lunch here which is always a good sign of authentic Indian cuisine and well spiced dishes. If you prefer dishes that are mildly spiced, then this buffet might not be for you. They have items from both South and North India on the menu as well as some Chinese items prepared the way Indians like them.

Barbara and I might have been the only ones in the room who were born before the songs they played were top hits. Some of the songs they played were "Girls Just Want To Have Fun" made famous by Cyndi Lauper in 1983 and "Sweet Dreams (Are Made Of This)" by the Eurythmics also in 1983. It is a bit ironic that my parents told me that I'd grow out of the rock band songs that I was listening to as a teenager in the 1960's and appreciate their music of Frank Sinatra, Bing Crosby, Dean Martin, etc. Most (but not all) of my generation never developed a taste for the crooners of my parents' day. Instead, the young people of today seem to have acquired a taste for the classic rock of our generation, music from the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s.

We had the "Mini Thali" for $16.99 instead of the "Ayce Thali" for $22.99. The "Alyce Thali" is all you can eat. The "Mini Thali" includes one serving of each menu item and your choice of dessert. The "Alyce Thali" includes unlimited refills of all of today's freshly prepared menu items and a choice of one dessert. The "Mini Thali" was way more than enough for Barbara and myself. We both left feeling very full. We both liked how well the food was spiced, not prepared bland for American tastes as it is at many Indian buffets. Though I very much liked the food selection, Barbara prefers the more usual items and preparations of North Indian Cuisine. This restaurant is vegan so there are no meat items.
