Strip Malls
Though the term "strip mall" generally has a negative connotation, they are booming.
Synonyms are "shopping complex, "shopping plaza," "mini-mall" and even "neighborhood shopping center."
However, in the commercial investing sector as well as the general public, they are known simply as "strip mall."
"Strip Malls" have proven to be resiliant even during the major shift to online shopping and big box stores.
The reason for this is that most of the products and services offered in strip malls can not be obtained online and
